DAY 1: THE JOURNEY BEGINS

Prologue: A Warriors Journey

No dragon can be slain without practice, patience, support, armor, weaponry, tools, understanding, and knowledge. As you journey to Think Unbroken you will discover new resources to use in war as you head towards the lair of a dragon. You are on the most important quest that you will ever partake in, and at the end you will face the hardest battle that you have ever encountered; your dragon. During the first day you will learn about the impact of childhood trauma and how to discover what you need to take your life back!

Part 1: Swordsmanship

To get to where you are going you have to know where you are and where you have been. A Warrior's journey always begins with understanding the backstory. Your backstory is made up of all of the experiences that have led you to this moment. This is not going to be easy but it is necessary because in time you will learn how to own your story instead of it owning you. In the same way that trees cannot grow without a solid foundation from the root; you cannot grow without the same. Acknowledging the experiences of your life is the foundation for tapping into your true warrior spirit.

DAY 2: THE WARRIORS WAY

Part 2: Understanding The Warrior Within

To move through life in a way that is productive and creates value for not only yourself, but the people around you it is essential to understand the way you see yourself in the world. To change behaviors and move towards healthy goals and habits you must begin with understanding your environments and relationships. What you reflect on the world and what is reflected back to you is truth in your narrative. In this part you will learn about why your trauma has lead you to where you are.

PART 3: PLAN OF ACTION

Understanding and training will only get a warrior so far. Planning has always been and will always be the key to victory. You have explored where you have been and where you are. Now, it is time to plan for what is upcoming. To storm the gates that enclose the dragon with nothing but a hope and a prayer will sure enough turn your heroic effort into a lost cause. By planning and charting a game plan the only thing left is execution.

DAY 3: NAME YOUR DRAGON

PART 4: BATTLE

For years there has been something biting at you. It takes bits and pieces of flesh and blood, body and mind and yet until right now in this moment you have not been prepared to face it. You have been through rigorous training. You have identified your POWER, wants, needs, interests, values, Warrior Rules of Engagement, what you stand for, how to overcome obstacles, transforming fear, and doing the impossible. Now is the time to come face to face with your dragon!

PART 5: THE WARRIORS JOURNEY HOME

Winning the battle is only a small part of the war in recovering and healing from childhood trauma. Learn how to take the tools and understanding of self that you have discovered back into the real world to live a life of happiness, sustainability, and self-love.
