Podcast and Communications Coordinator

Think Unbroken is currently seeking a Podcast and Communications Coordinator to manage and facilitate the growth of its Podcast. Think Unbroken is a company focused on helping its clients understand and overcome childhood trauma through mindset, awareness, and practical tools.

You will be responsible for sourcing, scheduling, booking, and following up with podcasters for booking Michael on other shows. You will also help source, schedule, book, and follow up with guests to be on the Michael Unbroken Podcast

Responsibilities:

Perform research to build lists of shows and guests via iTunes, listennotes, and MatchMaker.FM in addition to other resources

Make the first contact with podcasters and their shows representatives to get Michael Booked

Send out follow up emails and maintain communication with bookings and guests

Schedule both guest recordings and Michael’s books on shows

Create reviews for guest appearances

Fill out intake forms for guest appearances

Help guest fill out intake forms

Organize schedule and recording times

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in podcasting

Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting

Development of brand awareness and online reputation

Content management (including website)

Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content

Work directly with the social media coordinator for any business needs

Requirements:

No experience needed in podcasting

Willingness to learn

Must be detailed oriented

Experience in scheduling

Excellent communication skills

Ability to deliver against expectations and KPI’s

Set your own hours

Work from home

This is a 3-month contract position with the ability to be hired part-time based on execution, willingness and key metrics.

This role is for 20-25 hours a month.

$10/hr to start. I know it's not a ton but it's what the company can afford right now! The future, however, is unlimited!
