You can’t be ambivalent and heal trauma or CPTSD

I think it's so important to be clear with yourself and create a positive mindset and mental attitude about overcoming trauma. Limiting beliefs and this idea that you "aren't enough" or "don’t deserve" or "will never" is being stuck in The Vortex. We have to do something very uncomfortable in instilling self-love, self-worth and self-esteem in ourselves because we are so used to it not being there. The only way you heal is by accepting who you are, acknowledging the truth of the past, and doing the mental, emotional and physical work. Ultimately you can work with trauma coaches like me, go to therapy, read all the books and listen to all the podcasts but none of that matters if you don't give yourself permission to heal.

Now I know you may be thinking "but that's not me." Not yet. It's not you yet because you are still stuck in patterns of negative self-talk.
